Dos & Don'ts

For a rich counseling experience we strongly recommend you to follow our guidelines pertaining to Do’s and Don’ts

This will not only ensure timely and relevant response to your counseling queries but will also safeguard your privacy and confidentiality.

Do’s
  • Pick an appropriate category which actually represents your problem to enable the counseling team to understand your area of concern.

  • While writing down your query, please make sure that your problem is clearly explained to enable enhanced response.

  • Submit your email id correctly – as this is Paramount for successful delivery of Counseling Response in your Mail Box.
Don’ts
  • Avoid private details like Name, Mobile Number, etc. along with query. This has no relevance to your counseling Query.

  • Abusive language and slangs will be auto-filtered and discarded.

  • Avoid questions which fall outside the domain of service. Our backend counseling Team is geared up only for the categories of concern highlighted and are not apt in handling Open Queries. E.g. Tax Planning etc.
